- Place that old liner on top of our EVA shoe sole and line up the heel ends.
- If our insole is larger, mark along the old liner and cut the excess from the front portion only — never trim the heel or arch.
- Use our Smoothing Tool to give the cut area a clean finish and smooth any edges.
- Slide the trimmed EVA insoles into your shoe, wear them for two to three hours on day one, and build up from there. Most feet settle into a new moulded EVA insole within seven to ten days.

Yes. The EVA top surface is water-resistant, dries quickly and wipes clean, which is exactly what you want when there is no sock absorbing sweat. Air them out overnight after sockless wear and clean them once a week.
