- Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
5. Exchange & Return Policy
Insoleace provides a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Customers may request an exchange for:
Size-related issues
Product defects or manufacturing issues
Incorrect product received
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Please note that returns and refunds are not available for products purchased from Insoleace. Only product exchanges will be provided as per the exchange policy.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
